Couldn't connect to logcat, GetProcessId returned: 0 (Xamrin Andriod Visual Studio)

Couldn't connect to logcat, GetProcessId returned: 0 (Xamrin Andriod Visual Studio)

Solution: Uninstall APP from emulator. 

Following is a step.

  1. Go to settings.
  2. Find the app
  3.  Uninstall the APP
  4. Close the emulator
  5. Run again the emulator
